Thaiboxing or Muaythai, is the Traditional Combat sport, of Thailand, known as 'The Art of 8 Limbs'.

 

These lessons cover the fundamental elements of the legitimate and Traditional form of Thaiboxing (Muaythai).  Including close fist striking, elbows, knees, kicks, defence, clinch work and strategy.

 

They are suitable for both beginners and experienced Thaiboxers alike.  The content is adapted to provide a suitable level of challenge for each individual student. 

 

I have a diverse body of students and welcome new members from all walks of life.  If you have any special requirements you'd like to discuss, then please feel free to get in touch and where possible, I'll do my best to make any adaptions that would help make participation feasible. 

 

The sessions will develop strength, stamina and cardio levels at the same time as learning to defend yourself.
